All students of BIMA College are expected to maintain a conduct that reflects the esteemed reputation of our institution. This applies both within and beyond the college premises.
Students are required to follow the prescribed dress code set by BIMA College while on campus. Additionally, wearing the college-issued ID card is mandatory at all times.
Engaging in any form of ragging or unsocial activities, whether within or outside the college, is strictly prohibited. Any student found participating in such activities will face severe consequences, including dismissal.
Several actions, when committed within or outside the college, will be considered a gross violation of our code of conduct and will be subject to disciplinary action: Displaying lack of courtesy, decorum, and indulging in indecent behavior. Intentional damage to college property, or fellow students’ belongings. Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages, drugs, or smoking. Unauthorized possession or mutilation of library materials. Engaging in hacking, unauthorized computer system access, or cybercrimes. Use of mobile phones in academic areas. Unauthorized fundraising and sales promotion. Any other behavior deemed by the college as grossly undisciplined.
Depending on the gravity of the offense, the consequences may range from reprimand, fines, expulsion from college, debarment from examinations, suspension for a defined period, to outright expulsion.
