AIKYAM : HR CLUB ACTIVITY ACTIVITY : BEST MANAGER PARTICIPANTS : UG STUDENTS Date: 30th April 2024 OBJECTIVE: The aim of this event was to identify the student with the traits of a good manager. It also aims to find out how he/she demonstrates the skills, knowledge and talents of a good manager. It further tests him/her on how he/she uses the strategies to solve the problems. THE ROUNDS FOR THE BEST MANAGER : • Psychometric Test. • Group discussion . • Rapid Fire. CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS : • The best manager was carried out in 3 different rounds and those were conducted in 1 day at regular intervals. • Participants with professional dress code were allowed. LEARNING OUTCOME: • As students, they got a fair idea about how a selection of Best Manager happens . • The students figured out how to get great outcomes by setting the appropriate context, rather than by trying to control their people.”. • Students have learnt that Best Manager is not just a competition, it is an experience.
