Rules and Regulations At BIPUC, as one of the top PU colleges in Bangalore, students are expected to familiarize themselves with the institution's rules. Ignorance of these rules will not be considered an excuse for violations. The guidelines ensure a conducive and respectful learning environment for all. Code of Conduct Students must conduct themselves inside and outside the campus in a manner that upholds the dignity of BIPUC. Show respect and courtesy to faculty, staff, visitors, and fellow students. Acts of indiscipline, such as lack of decorum, use of abusive language, disruptive behavior, or damage to property, are strictly prohibited and will invite disciplinary action. Students should refrain from loitering, loud conversations, and behavior that disrupts the campus environment. Dress Code Students are required to dress neatly and appropriately, reflecting the standards of the institution. Mobile Phones The use of mobile phones in academic areas is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in confiscation of the device. It will be returned only: a) At the end of the academic year, or b) Upon payment of a fine of ₹1,000.
